1. What you can pay for
- Tips — one-off payments to creators.
- Creator subscriptions — recurring monthly support for eligible creators.
- Boosts — time-limited Discovery visibility for an eligible public post.
2. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
For digital purchases, EU consumer law grants a 14-day withdrawal right. By starting a subscription or activating a boost immediately you expressly request and acknowledge that performance begins at once, which can reduce or end the withdrawal right once the service is fully delivered. Where the right still applies, contact support within 14 days for a refund of the unused portion.
3. Tips
Tips are voluntary, immediate transfers to creators and are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will reverse a tip only where it resulted from proven fraud, a duplicate charge, or a technical error. Report issues within 30 days.
4. Creator subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the paid period remains visible until its end date. We do not pro-rate partial months except where required by law.
5. Boosts
Boosts are time-based and begin delivering immediately, so they are non-refundable once started. If a boost fails to deliver due to a platform outage, we will re-run it for the lost duration or credit your wallet at our discretion.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds return to your original payment method, or — where you prefer or the original method is unavailable — as a wallet credit recorded as a ledger entry. Card refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a bank chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
8. How to request a refund or cancel
Use Settings → Subscriptions for self-serve cancellation, or contact billing@eu-platform.local with your account email and the transaction reference. We respond within 5 business days. This policy does not affect your mandatory rights under EU and national consumer law.
